Delivery and Returns

Shipping Costs
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it (subject to stock availability and public holidays - see Conditions). Postage rate and shipping speed can vary depending on your need, as follows:

UK standard (aim for delivery in 5 working days)
Handling Charge: 50p per order
plus price per item: 50p per item

UK Special (aim for delivery within 2-4 working days) *
Handling Charge: £4 per order
plus price per item: 50 per item
* this route uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery option which guarantees delivery by 12.00pm of the next working day from dispatch. Any orders made using UK Special will be give consideration and every effort will be made to provide prompt dispatch.

Europe Standard (aim for delivery in 5-7 working days) **
Handling charge: £1 per order
plus price per item: £1.25 per item

World Standard (Zone 1 & 2) (aim for delivery in 5-10 working days) **
Handling Charge: £2 per order
plus price per item: £1.50 per item

** for orders from Europe or the Rest of the World requiring faster delivery than Standard, please contact the office (00 44 20 7935 7246) directly to discuss your preferences (Special, UPS, etc) which will be charged at cost plus handling charge.

Please note these rates exclude BFO personnel whose delivery is dependent on BFPO (British Forces Post Office) services and charged at UK rates.
Local import duties are not included in the above charges and (where applicable) will be payable by the customer.

Returns
We are willing to accept a return of the goods provided notification is made within a period of 14 days following delivery. These goods can either be exchanged for an alternative title or refunded. Please check goods immediately on receipt. If goods received seem to be damaged, we will exchange for an intact copy of the same title without charge or need for examination as long as this is done within the 14 days following delivery. Any items notified outside this period will be considered purely at our discretion.

Otherwise, without prejudice to your statutory rights, goods may only be returned if they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Any damage to the goods will be deducted from any refund given. We will refund the price of the goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions.

Terms and Conditions

Prices
Advertised catalogue prices are correct at the time of display but we reserve the right to change them at our discretion. All advertised prices include UK VAT where applicable, but not costs of shipping and packaging (which is added at the payment stage).

Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order as near as possible within the advertised time. However delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. As Langham Promotions is a small organisation, we reserve the right to close the Music Shop at certain times (usually only major Public Holidays). Therefore, any times quoted for delivery of the orders are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Catalogue Policy
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that products advertised in the catalogue are available, all are subject to supplier availability so we cannot ensure continuous supply.

We exist only to supply the CDs, DVDs and books developed my the All Souls Orchestra and approved musicians. We are not in a position to advertise or sell titles by other artists.

Changes in terms
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the above Terms. These Terms may be amended at any time - but only when required by reasonable cause. They may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific goods or services offered from time to time. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you place an order. Langham Promotions reserves the right at any time and without notice to remove, amend or vary the content that appears on any page of the website so you are advised to re-read terms on return visits.
