If, having considered the information on these pages, you are still interested in bringing Prom Praise to you area, we suggest the following first steps:

1. Check with the Langham Arts office about available slots in the Orchestra's diary;

2. Check with your venue* to try to identify a matching slot and make a 'pencil booking'. If you are not sure how to identify the suitable venue in your area, you may find the enclosed brief set of notes on The Ideal venue useful. Do come back to us if you need any further advice;

3. When we have successfully identified date and venue, your most urgent task is to then identify a suitable committee! If you can please try to find people most suited to the various tasks who have plenty of time available to commit to the project.

4. When you have gathered these people together, it is a good idea if we met. Someone from the Langham Arts office can come to visit you and spend an afternoon and/or evening with you all talking through the necessary arrangements, answering any further questions you may have and making plans for getting down to business!
