Gospel Partnerships (Co-Production)

As far as the organisation of Prom Praise 'Away fixtures' is concerned, we generally set out to work in joint partnership with groups of local people who have taken the step of inviting us to their area. We do not take success for granted and the outcome of the project is considerably helped by the interest of as big a cross-section of the community as possible.  In fact, as much as possible, we believe that we should only go where we are invited!
 
We try to encourage people to spread the administrative and financial load as widely as possible. This helps to ensure that plenty of people are involved with and committed to the success of the project as well as supporting each other through the hard work!

Our present recommendation is that one of the best ways of arranging the distribution of load is to draw together a group of three to four 'sponsoring' churches who are willing to get behind it with personnel, finance and publicity - the personnel provided should form the main working committee.  We can provide a sample recruitment letter as a suggestion of how to go about this.  However, this is not the only way and we are happy for you to go about it another way, as long as you have taken on board the level of commitment.
