Popular recording of a live event at London's Barbican Hall (first issued in 1996), featuring the songs of Graham Kendrick. Featuring an eclectic gathering of artists including Graham Kendrick himself, with jazz singer Joanne Hughes, baritone Brindley Sherratt and saxophonist Ben Castle, all backed by the All Souls Orchestra and choir. A collection of uniquely creative orchestral interpretations of Kendrick classics, including: 'Teach me to Dance', 'Wake up O Sleeper', 'Thorns in the Straw', 'Come and See', 'The Trumpets Sound', 'All I once held dear', and many others.
